Change & Communications Analyst (Full-Time – Remote, India - open to India-based candidates only)
Location: Remote – India (working hours overlap with U.S. and EMEA time zones required)

Infopro Learning is hiring a Change & Communications Analyst to join our team supporting a key global client in the healthcare and life sciences industry as part of a major Finance Transformation initiative.
This role is ideal for a detail-oriented communicator who thrives in international collaboration and enjoys translating strategy into action. You’ll work closely with onshore Change & Communications Leads to deliver engaging content, manage stakeholder communications, and ensure global teams stay aligned during transformation.
What You’ll Do
Develop, edit, and distribute internal communications (emails, newsletters, SharePoint content, FAQs, and deployment updates).
Maintain stakeholder lists, distribution groups, and trackers to ensure timely communication.
Support change and readiness activities, including stakeholder analysis, surveys, and reporting metrics.
Design and format visually appealing PowerPoint presentations and decks for executive and team-level communications.
Coordinate reviews, manage document control, and maintain content alignment across multiple global regions.
Collaborate daily with U.S. and EMEA-based teams to ensure communication quality, consistency, and timeliness.
Requirements
What Makes You a Fit
2–4 years of experience in change management, internal communications, or project coordination.
Exceptional English writing, editing, and formatting skills.
Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, SharePoint, Excel, and Teams.
Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities independently.
Experience supporting global or cross-time-zone projects preferred.
Familiarity with change management methodologies (Prosci/ADKAR) or ERP/finance projects is a plus.
