Founded in 2011 by entrepreneurs and technologists, we began in the US and have since grown internationally. Our work model is almost entirely remote, with about 99.9% of our operations being remote. We cultivate a culture of openness, professional development, and collaboration. Our team structure uses a “Balanced Team” approach, with 80% of specialists at Senior or Intermediate levels. Fluent English communication is expected, and working hours are often shifted to accommodate client time zones.

Our collaboration processes are transparent. This includes dedicated project managers, direct team visibility and communication, daily stand-ups, bi-weekly Scrum reviews, and regular code shipments to client repositories. We are ISO/IEC 27001 certified and maintain Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for communications. We also customize our processes, tools, and standards for each client.
