We started in 2007 to provide businesses with sustainability ratings and intelligence software. We help companies integrate sustainability into their global business decisions. Our platform gives organizations the insights they need to manage risks in their supply chains, meet net-zero and other sustainability goals, and create positive impact.

Our services include universal sustainability ratings, tools for risk and carbon management, and an e-learning platform. These tools help businesses comply with ESG regulations, reduce greenhouse gas emissions, and improve sustainability across their operations and supply chains. For example, our platform helps with procurement decisions through supplier assessments, supports Scope 3 decarbonization with our Carbon Data Network, and assists with compliance by monitoring supply chain risks. We also offer the Ulula worker voice solution.

Our methodology evaluates 21 indicators across four themes: Environment, Labor & Human Rights, Ethics, and Sustainable Procurement. It’s based on international sustainability standards like the Global Reporting Initiative, the United Nations Global Compact, and ISO 26000, and is adjusted for each industry sector, country, and company size.

We work with over 130,000 businesses in 220 industries across 180 countries. Over 150,000 companies have been rated by us, and we’ve screened more than 3 million. Some of our clients include Johnson & Johnson, L’Oréal, Unilever, LVMH, Bridgestone, BASF, and JPMorgan.

Our recruitment process usually has four steps: first, an initial meeting with our recruitment team, then meeting potential teammates. Next, candidates complete role-specific tasks and discuss them with the team leader. Finally, we conduct reference checks before making a job offer.
