We are hiring a proactive, high-energy Staffing Coordinator to support our ABA staffing operations. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys connecting with people, moving quickly, and keeping an organized, efficient workflow. You’ll spend a lot of time on the phone, so a warm and engaging communication style is essential.

PLEASE NOTE:

  • Working Hours: This role requires you to work EST hours Mon - Fri from 9 am to 6 pm EST (16h00 to 01h00 South African time - subject to change in accordance with daylight savings in the United States).
  • You will be required to work on both South African and US public holidays (compensation for SA public holidays in accordance with the BCEA)
  • Internet Requirements: A fixed fibre line with a minimum speed of 25 Mbps (upload & download) and the ability to support a wired Ethernet connection is mandatory. Applicants without a fixed fibre line cannot be considered.
  • Power Backup: A reliable power backup solution is required to manage load shedding and power outages. Applicants without a power backup cannot be considered.
  • Work Environment: This is a fully remote working role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Post and manage job ads across platforms (including sponsored posts when needed)

  • Source candidates in targeted geographic areas

  • Conduct phone interviews and screenings

  • Staff new hires and re-staff existing employees as needed

  • Collaborate closely with HR throughout the hiring and onboarding process

  • Build knowledge of cities and regions across the state to support accurate staffing

  • Maintain organized candidate pipelines using Smartsheet, Excel, or Google Sheets

  • Solve issues quickly and follow up proactively with candidates and internal teams

  • Use creative sourcing strategies to attract qualified ABA therapists

  • Knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) or experience working in ABA environments

  • Previous recruitment or staffing experience

  • Excellent communication skills, especially in phone-based interactions

  • Strong organizational and computer skills (Smartsheet preferred; Excel/Google Sheets acceptable)

  • Enthusiastic, people-focused personality with strong relationship-building skills

  • Ability to think creatively and “outside the box” when sourcing candidates

  • Eager to learn and adapt, with strong follow-through and attention to detail
