Job Summary

Intelligent Technical Solutions (ITS) is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HubSpot Marketing Specialist to support our growing marketing team. This role is ideal for someone with a foundational understanding of digital marketing and HubSpot, who is eager to learn and grow in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. You will help streamline content workflows, ensure accurate content publishing, and support marketing operations aligned with ITS’s mission: enabling small businesses to reach their full potential through secure, enterprise-grade technology solutions.

Job Responsibilities

  • Manage and update marketing posts within the HubSpot CMS.
  • Monitor and respond to internal marketing requests via ConnectWise tickets.
  • Draft engaging blog content aligned with SEO and brand voice guidelines.
  • Schedule and publish weekly social media content across platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, X).
  • Post local business updates on Google My Business (GMB).
  • Upload and manage email signature images using Exclaimer.
  • Design basic graphics and visual assets for social media campaigns.
  • Make minor content and layout updates to the company website as needed.
  • Refresh and update calls-to-action (CTAs) across archived blog posts.
  • Replace outdated logos or brand assets in legacy blog articles.
  • Update HubDB to reflect newly published articles or content items.
  • Maintain and organize content in the Assignment Selling SharePoint library.
  • Rebrand digital marketing assets such as ebooks, checklists, and one-pagers.
  • Support email campaign execution through HubSpot, including formatting and A/B testing.
  • Track performance metrics of published content and prepare basic reports.
  • Assist with updating and maintaining contact lists within HubSpot CRM.
  • Help maintain consistency in branding across all digital marketing assets.
  • Collaborate with writers and designers to ensure timely delivery of content.
  • Implement basic SEO optimizations in HubSpot blog posts and pages.
  • Support lead nurturing workflows by helping manage HubSpot sequences.
  • Participate in weekly marketing meetings and document action items.
  • Coordinate cross-platform content alignment between blog, email, and social.
  • Tag and categorize content in HubSpot for easier segmentation.
  • Create internal how-to guides for recurring marketing processes.
  • Assist in QA testing of new website or email templates before launch.

Job Qualifications

  • Basic knowledge of HubSpot CMS and/or marketing automation tools.
  • Willingness to learn and work with AI tools like ChatGPT and DALL·E.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow brand and content guidelines.
  • Excellent written communication and organization skills.
  • A team-player attitude with a desire to grow and improve professionally.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.

Job Requirements

  • A home office set up that meets the following:
    • Computer: A working computer with a minimum of 8GB RAM and one of the following:
      • Windows 11 with an Intel i5 or i7 (8th generation or newer), or
      • AMD Ryzen 5 or 7 (2000 series or newer), or
      • macOS 12 or newer.
    • Internet: Stable internet connection with at least 5 Mbps download and upload speeds.
    • Audio Equipment: A quality headset with a noise-cancellation feature for meetings.
    • Mobile Device: A smartphone capable of installing the Microsoft Authenticator app.
    • Webcam: An HD webcam for video calls.
  • A very strong cultural fit the ITS way (Our core values will be discussed during the interview)
  • Excellent command of the English language both spoken and written
  • Able to work full time 40 hrs. a week:  8:00 AM to 5:00 PM PST (Monday to Friday)
  • Able to pass our online behavior and cognitive assessments.
  • Able to provide NBI Clearance (for PH applicants).

Compensation

Pay rate starts at $5.00/hr and may vary by experience and location.
