We founded Intelligent Technical Solutions (ITS) in 2003 to provide IT support to growing businesses across the US. We have 201-500 employees. Our services include cybersecurity, managed and co-managed IT support, risk and compliance, data analytics (including reporting and KPI dashboards), cloud services, business continuity, incident response, phone systems, and internet services. We operate in cities such as Chicago, Detroit, Las Vegas, Los Angeles, Oakland, Olympia, Phoenix, Portland, Reno, San Francisco, Sacramento, and Seattle. We help businesses meet their strategic goals by managing and securing their technology. We review each client’s unique business processes to design customized services. Our team of managed IT service engineers and support specialists proactively monitors networks and servers ²⁴⁄₇.
