Join us at Karo Healthcare on our exciting journey. We’re currently looking for a Team Lead of Global Talent Acquisition for our office in Stockholm.

Tasks and responsibilities

Leadership

  • Partner with Global HR and leaders to ensure efficient, high-quality recruitment to secure the best candidates for Karos future growth.

  • Strengthen employer branding across Europe and the UK using data-driven insights.

  • Lead and develop a high-performing recruitment team focused on collaboration, excellence, and inclusion.

  • Set goals, monitor performance, and drive continuous improvement.

Hands-On Recruitment

  • Manage end-to-end hiring for key and senior roles.

  • Proactively source diverse, top-tier talent and ensure an outstanding candidate experience.

  • Advise leaders on talent strategies and market trends.

  • Partner with HRBPs on workforce planning and retention initiatives.

  • Looking for a strong team player, that is pragmatic with a can do attitude and loves recruiting.

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in recruitment (mix of agency and in-house environments).

  • Leadership experience of small but effective recruitment teams.

  • Strong active sourcing expertise with hands-on experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools.

  • Deep knowledge of European and UK talent markets, hiring practices, and compliance.

  • Demonstrated success in building scalable recruitment processes with a focus on excellent candidates’ experience.

  • Excellent communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.
