What you’ll do:

  • Lead sprint planning, retrospectives, and agile ceremonies for curriculum project teams.

  • Tailor and evolve agile practices to fit educational content development while removing blockers to improve team velocity.

  • Coordinate cross-functional teams and external suppliers to ensure seamless, on-time, and on-budget delivery.

  • Orchestrate content workflows, integrating AI tools and maintaining quality gates throughout development.

  • Champion and implement AI-powered process improvements, identifying opportunities for automation and optimization.

  • Track performance metrics and drive continuous improvement through data-informed decisions.

What we’re looking for:

  • Someone highly proactive in driving projects end-to-end—keeping scope, teams, timelines, and delivery on track while facilitating effective collaboration.

  • Strong facilitation, coaching, and stakeholder-management skills, with the ability to navigate complex project environments.

  • Experience managing multi-stakeholder projects, budgets, and suppliers in fast-paced environments.

  • Understanding of AI capabilities and how to apply them within content development workflows.

  • Ability to balance innovative thinking with structured execution, ensuring high-quality educational outcomes.

  • A curiosity for AI and a drive to experiment with new tools to enhance creativity, decisions, and execution.
