We have an immediate opportunity for an Human Resources (HR) Coordinator to join our team! ​​The HR Coordinator will support our HR Manager in leading day-to-day HR needs for employees at M Booth and M Booth Health, our sister Healthcare company. What You’ll Do:

  • Support HR Manager and employees as day-to-day HR contact for M Booth and M Booth Health.
  • Assisting in onboarding & offboarding, performance management and benefits administration.
  • Own and manage system updates, oversee regular audits, and ensure the accuracy and integrity of employee data.
  • Act as the primary payroll coordinator, collaborating with the finance department to manage and process payroll updates.
  • Proactive, resourceful, and solutions-oriented — a true self-starter.
  • Manage freelancer and independent contractor needs across M Booth and M Booth Health.
  • Collaborate with team to ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies
  • Prepare HR reports and contribute to continuous process improvement
  • Co-lead culture initiatives across M Booth and M Booth Health that engage both IRL and remote staff.

What You’ll Bring:

  • 0-1 years experience
  • Excellent collaborator with ability to adapt to different working styles with a positive attitude
  • Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
  • Proven ability to effectively organize multiple work streams with superior organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and multi-task in a fast paced environment
  • Willingness go above and beyond to pitch in to help teammates and employees
  • Proactive, resourceful, and solutions-oriented — a true self-starter.
  • Highly motivated and adaptable, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Strong attention to detail, verbal and written skills
  • Experience working in a marketing, advertising, PR firm is not a requirement, but is a major plus!

( New hires are typically brought into the organization between the minimum to midpoint of the salary range posted depending on qualifications, internal equity, and the budgeted amount for the role.)

Our Flexible Work Policy:

We believe that our best work happens in a hybrid working environment. We want to see you in person 2-3 days a week. That could mean in our office, in our client’s office, on the road with them or attending an industry event.
