Founded in 1987, we develop ERP software for local governments and municipalities. Our SaaS platform helps them manage finances, human resources, community development, utilities, and property taxes. The assessing and property tax software has been a core product since the beginning.\n\nWe also offer BS&A Payments for electronic transactions like taxes, utility bills, and civic fees. We have an AI Assistant built into our platform for virtual support. Our cloud platform uses Microsoft Azure Data Centers, providing data integration and automatic updates. More than 2,100 organizations use our software, and we maintain a customer retention rate of over 99%. We’ve also been included in the GovTech 100 List.
