Key Responsibilities:
Edit promotional material content for global pharmaceutical clients by checking:
- Language, grammar, spelling, and punctuation
- Consistency of language
- Adherence to brand style and client guidelines
- Format documents in line with journal/congress requirements.
- Ensure documents comply with specified style guides (e.g., AMA Manual of Style, brand style, client guidelines).
- Consistently deliver high-quality edits that exceed client expectations.
- Contribute to team initiatives such as knowledgesharing and documentation of resources
Must-have Skills/Qualifications:
- Experience working as a medical editor for 2+ years
- Must have worked in Pharmaceutical, CORs, Medical Communication or related industries.
- Bachelorβs/Masterβs degree in Life Sciences or English.
- A keen eye for detail.
- Functional knowledge of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Adobe Acrobat.
- Ability to work under tight timelines in a collaborative environment.
- Excellent written and spoken English
Advantageous to Have:
- Has TOEFL/IELTS score
- Knowledgeable on AI Tools
- Experience or knowledge of MLR/OPDP is a big plus
