Job Description
We are seeking a Team Lead to manage a team of consultants and oversee the development and implementation of Cogent operational process, to ensure excellence in service delivery and customer service. The team provides a range of coordination and support services to Cogent’s clients and customers (and similar services).
The responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Lead, supervise and coach team so that they undertake work in accordance with divisional priorities, policies and processes
- Conduct regular progress reviews, annual performance. appraisals and support individuals in meeting professional development requirements
- Manage and monitor team resourcing and portfolios.
- To assist in the on-boarding of new customers (as required)
- To work with relevant Cogent staff members to ensure management of all accounts as per Cogent’s Account Management framework
Qualifications
Cogent is looking for a dynamic person with:
- Experienced Allied Health (Physio, Osteo, Chiro, OT, EP etc) practitioner with full registration or a Registered Nurse.
- Hold a current and valid Working With Children Check (WWCC)
- Evidence of completion of First Aid (level 2) or in circumstances where staff have obtained “Basic Life Support” training within a hospital setting
- Knowledge of WorkCover legislation across several states.
- Understanding of Return to Work and case management principles.
- Knowledge of Cogent products and services. (desirable)
- Working knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite
- Time management skills.
