We offer a web-based platform for assessing brain health, formerly known as Cambridge Brain Sciences. Our platform provides accurate, quantified, and scientifically validated measures of key cognitive functions like short-term memory, attention, reasoning, and verbal ability.

We offer two core products: Creyos Health and Creyos Research.

Creyos Health is an online service that helps healthcare practitioners track patients’ brain health over time for treatment and wellness plans. It generates reliable, scientifically validated cognitive assessment reports in as little as 15 minutes and offers digital versions of standardized patient health questionnaires. Health clinics worldwide use it.

Creyos Research is for academic and commercial researchers studying cognition, allowing them to collect cognitive data efficiently. Institutions like Baycrest, Pfizer, and Roche have used it.

Both products allow for custom assessments and online administration. They don’t require expert technical support and provide secure cloud storage and management for cognitive data. We maintain a global normative database of over 85,000 participants, built from more than 12 million completed cognitive tasks. This database helps users compare individuals to specific populations in detail.

Dr. Adrian Owen developed the cognitive tasks over his 25-year career. These tests have been used in over 300 scientific studies and published in academic journals. Our validated cognitive and behavioral health assessments are based on over 30 years of research and more than 400 peer-reviewed studies. Our in-house team of published neuroscientists ensures the accuracy and validity of tests measuring working memory, attention, reasoning, and executive function. The platform helps clinicians detect behavioral and cognitive issues early, track changes, and personalize treatment.

It integrates into existing workflows for clinical or remote care, requiring no specialized equipment. The platform is designed for accessibility, featuring a user-friendly interface, audio guidance, and multi-lingual support. We support cognitive testing in both fee-for-service and value-based care models, including reimbursable neuropsychological assessments and Medicare Annual Wellness Visits. Over 10,000 healthcare providers and researchers use our platform.
