Job description
NeoWork is looking for a smart, proactive, and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support an executive in both professional and personal tasks. This is a part-time, remote role (10–20 hours/week) with flexible scheduling. The right candidate will quickly understand context, take ownership, and anticipate what needs to be done without waiting for step-by-step instructions.
Responsibilities:
Inbox & Calendar Management: Own the inbox, ensure important emails are surfaced, and manage client/prospect scheduling with precision.
Client Coordination: Send invites, reminders, and follow-ups, never leaving a client wondering what’s next.
Social Media Management: Draft, schedule, and post content, helping maintain a consistent online presence.
Personal Scheduling: Support with personal appointments and coordination.
Proactive Delegation: Identify tasks on the executive’s plate that can be taken off and managed by you.
Process Improvement: Spot gaps, suggest solutions, and challenge assumptions when needed.
At least 3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant
Sharp & Quick Learner: When given instructions, you understand them fast, ask refining (not basic) questions, and can apply the process next time without hand-holding.
Problem-Solving Mindset: You don’t just execute—you think ahead, prevent mistakes, and find better ways of doing things.
Detail-Oriented Communicator: You consistently deliver polished work with excellent grammar, formatting, and accuracy.
Spreadsheet Savvy: Comfortable with moderate use of Excel/Google Sheets (basic formulas, preserving existing structure without breaking things).
AI Curiosity (Bonus): Familiarity with ChatGPT, Claude, or other AI tools to help streamline workflows.
Professional Integrity: Willing to speak up about mistakes, flag issues early, and push back politely if something doesn’t add up.
Reliable, resourceful, and comfortable working in ambiguous situations where you need to figure things out.
Confident in asking the right questions and making smart decisions independently.
Someone who takes ownership, thinks critically, and wants to grow into a trusted right-hand partner.
