Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day team performance, ensuring KPIs and quality standards are consistently met.
Lead QA calibrations and performance reviews to maintain alignment and continuous improvement.
Serve as a client-facing liaison, confidently handling escalations and building strong partnerships.
Design and deliver training materials and processes to support team upskilling and operational consistency.
Drive morale and retention initiatives, fostering a positive and engaging team culture.
Track and analyze performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for intervention.
Collaborate with leadership to refine processes, implement best practices, and support growth initiatives.
Proven experience as a Supervisor or higher (Operations Manager+ background strongly preferred).
Strong leadership skills, with the ability to coach, mentor, and inspire diverse teams.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with confidence in client-facing interactions.
Skilled in data management, reporting, and performance analysis.
Experience in developing training materials, SOPs, and process documentation.
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain high team morale while driving retention.
Comfortable in fast-paced, evolving environments, with a problem-solving and proactive mindset.
