NeoWork is expanding its HVAC chiller component library and is seeking a Data Collection Specialist to support this initiative. The role involves researching and gathering technical specifications from manufacturer documentation and industry sources, transcribing nominal values, and organizing data in Google Sheets. You will also use AI tools to assist with data scraping and validation.
Key Responsibilities
Research HVAC chiller components through manufacturer documentation and industry sources.
Accurately transcribe nominal values and technical specifications.
Leverage AI tools to support data scraping, extraction, and verification.
Maintain organized and detailed records in Google Sheets.
Work with team members to refine data collection and improve the component library.
Manage tasks effectively when information is incomplete or ambiguous.
Excellent attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
Comfortable working in situations with ambiguity and evolving requirements.
Strong interest in AI tools and how they can improve workflows.
Proficiency in Google Sheets or similar spreadsheet applications.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Nice to Have:
Background in HVAC systems, engineering, or technical data management.
Prior experience in research, data entry, or technical documentation.
Familiarity with structured data systems or component libraries.
