Ever wondered what it feels like to be an Application Support Consultant – Card Transactions in Netcompany?
As an Application Support Consultant – Card Transactions, you will:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business processes and requirements.
- Configure and customize software applications according to client specifications.
- Conduct system demonstrations, training sessions, and user acceptance testing.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for application issues.
- Assist in the deployment, integration, and implementation of applications.
- Develop and maintain documentation related to application configurations and procedures.
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
- Stay current with product updates, industry trends, and best practices.
- Gather feedback from clients to inform future enhancements and improvements.
Qualifications
What would make you a fit for the role:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, with 2 years of relevant experience.
- Experience with Linux/Unix/AIX operating systems and hands-on expertise in Shell and Perl scripting.
- Proficiency in working with relational databases, including SQL and Oracle.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with strong attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines efficiently.
- Excellent command of the English language, both written and verbal.
It would also be a plus if you match some of the following:
- Knowledge of business process modeling.
- Experience working in a client-facing role.
- Experience with Card switching systems and integration tools like Oracle Tuxedo and Oracle Weblogic.
- Ability to provide technical training and support.
