Role Overview

The Customer Service & Sales Associate supports sales representatives and manages customer relationships while driving outbound lead generation and recurring revenue growth.

This position blends inside sales, customer service, and proactive outreach—perfect for someone who is energetic, disciplined, and skilled at building rapport over the phone.

Your Impact:

You’ll be the bridge between customer satisfaction and sales expansion.

By maintaining strong relationships and executing consistent outreach, you’ll help drive customer retention, revive dormant accounts, and contribute directly to revenue growth.

Core Responsibilities

1. Customer & Sales Support

  • Provide daily administrative and sales support to outside representatives.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer phone and email inquiries.
  • Maintain ongoing relationships with customers and vendors to ensure satisfaction.

2. Account & Order Administration

  • Accurately process orders, including pricing, billing, and record updates.
  • Maintain and track customer account details and purchase history.
  • Prepare and manage quotes and bids in coordination with the sales team.

3. Sales Outreach & Revenue Growth

  • Conduct 50–100 outbound calls per day to generate new business and reactivate dormant accounts.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospects and recurring customers.
  • Identify upsell opportunities and increase average order value.
  • Track daily activity, conversion rates, and account engagement metrics.

Key Requirements:

Must-Have:

  • 1-3 years of experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or B2B lead generation.
  • Bilingual (English–Spanish) fluency required.
  • High reliability and consistent daily sales activity.
  • Strong communication and confident phone presence.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and pipeline management.
  • Experience selling physical or industrial products preferred.
  • Comfort with high-volume calling (100+ calls/day).
  • Coachability and ability to meet activity-driven KPIs.

Nice-to-Have:

  • Background in manufacturing, distribution, or supply industries.
  • Experience in account management or inside sales environments.
  • Understanding of commission and incentive structures.

Tools Proficiency

  • CRM Platforms: HubSpot, Salesforce, or Zoho CRM (or similar)

  • Communication Tools: Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Slack

  • Productivity & Documentation: Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail), Microsoft Office Suite

  • Telephony / Dialer Systems: Aircall, RingCentral, or equivalent

  • Order Processing Systems: ERP or inventory management tools (experience preferred)

  • Basic Data Tracking: Excel or Google Sheets for activity and KPI reporting
