Job Type: Independent Contractor, Full-time

Work Schedule: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM CST

Locations:

  • LATAM: Mexico City (Mexico), Bogotá (Colombia), São Paulo (Brazil), Buenos Aires (Argentina)
  • Philippines: Manila, Cebu, Davao — with reliable MST overlap

About The Company

The company is building an AI orchestration platform that automates entire workflows for the commercial real estate industry. Their mission is to help business teams move from spending time on manual outputs to focusing on strategic outcomes. By connecting siloed SaaS applications, Outcome eliminates “swivel chair” work and unlocks billions of dollars in trapped value across disparate systems.

Role Overview

The Revenue Operations Associate will play a key role in keeping internal systems, data, and client workflows running smoothly. This role suits someone who thrives on organization, process optimization, and learning how AI can drive better business outcomes. You’ll support CRM and pipeline accuracy, coordinate client operations, and ensure the commercial team has clean, actionable insights.

Core Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM and Notion data for client and pipeline tracking
  • Monitor and follow up on leads to ensure timely engagement and visibility
  • Perform human-in-the-loop operational tasks to support client solutions where automation is not yet possible
  • Configure the AI platform for client workflows (no coding required)
  • Support internal reporting, documentation, and administrative needs for the revenue and operations teams

Must-Haves (Required)

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Strong organization, attention to detail, and communication skills
  • Comfortable using CRMs, Notion, and other workflow management tools
  • Excited to work in a fast-paced startup environment with evolving priorities
  • Curiosity about AI and eagerness to learn how it shapes customer experiences

Nice-to-Haves (Preferred)

  • Experience in RevOps, Sales Operations, or Customer Success
  • Familiarity with HubSpot, Airtable, or AI-driven workflow tools
  • Exposure to commercial real estate or B2B SaaS environments

Tools Proficiency

Required:

  • CRM: HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar
  • Notion (for project and process documentation)
  • Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Drive)
  • Airtable (for tracking data and pipelines)

Preferred:

  • Automation Tools: Zapier, Make (Integromat), or AI workflow builders

  • Analytics / Reporting Tools: Looker Studio, Google Data Studio, or similar

  • Communication Tools: Slack, Loom, or internal async tools

  • Competitive Salary: Based on experience and skills
