Team: Sales

About Radformation

Radformation is transforming the way cancer clinics deliver care. Our innovative software automates and standardizes radiation oncology workflows, helping clinicians plan and deliver treatments faster, safer, and more consistently — so patients everywhere can receive the same high-quality care.

Our software focuses on three key areas:

• Saving time through automation

• Reducing errors with intelligent systems

• Improving treatment quality through advanced algorithms and workflows

We are a fully remote, mission-driven team with one shared goal: to reduce cancer’s global impact and help save more of the 10 million lives it claims each year. Every conversation with a clinic, every product release, and every improvement we make brings us closer to ensuring no patient’s treatment quality depends on where they live.

Why This Role Matters

The Clinical Sales Specialist (CSS) will help expand Radformation’s presence and partnerships throughout Latin America. Using your clinical knowledge and experience in radiation oncology, you’ll connect with clinics, understand their challenges, and show how Radformation software can help improve efficiency, safety, and patient outcomes. You’ll collaborate closely with the sales leadership team and regional distributors to grow awareness, build strong relationships, and drive adoption of our software solutions.

• Understand customer needs, workflows, and systems to identify how our solutions can add value

• Record and track all activities and opportunities in Salesforce

• Support post-event and post-webinar follow-ups with distributors to advance sales discussions

Customer Engagement

• Build trust by understanding clinical and operational challenges

• Share relevant product information and educational resources that address customer needs

Distributor Collaboration & Opportunity Management

• Participate in regular meetings with regional distributors to review opportunities and identify new prospects

• Build strong relationships with partners to ensure alignment and collaboration on shared goals

Product Presentations

• Deliver engaging presentations and live demonstrations of Radformation software at customer meetings, conferences, and regional events

Lead Management

• Qualify and transition leads to the Sales Manager for further development and closing

Required Experience

• At least 2 years of clinical experience in radiation oncology

• At least 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role within the radiation oncology industry

• Fluency in English and either Spanish or Portuguese

Preferred Experience

• Previous experience in radiation oncology software or medical device sales

• Background as a Medical Dosimetrist, Junior Medical Physicist, or Radiation Therapist

• Experience with multiple Treatment Planning Systems (TPS) and Oncology Information Systems (OIS)

• Familiarity with patient and machine QA processes

Who You Are

• Passionate about improving cancer care across Latin America

• Curious and eager to learn about new healthcare technologies

• Organized and able to manage priorities independently in a remote environment

• A clear and confident communicator who builds long-term relationships

• Collaborative and comfortable working with global, cross-functional teams
