We are looking for a detail-oriented, tech-savvy Automated QA Engineer to test the mobile application of a project expense management platform. You’ll design, implement, and maintain automated tests to ensure features like project budgeting, card payments, and receipt management work reliably on iOS and Android devices. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys coding, building automated test scripts, and helping catch issues before users encounter them.
Responsibilities
Develop, maintain, and execute automated test scripts for mobile app features.
Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines for continuous quality checks.
Test app functionality across multiple devices and operating systems (iOS and Android).
Collaborate with developers, product managers, and manual QA engineers to define test requirements.
Perform functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing.
Identify, document, and track defects using defect management tools.
Recommend improvements to QA processes and automation strategies.
Requirements
Job Requirements
Proven experience as an Automated QA Engineer for mobile applications.
Strong knowledge of QA processes and software development life cycles (SDLC).
Hands-on experience with mobile automation tools (e.g., Appium, Espresso, XCUITest, Detox).
Proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., Java, Python, JavaScript).
Experience testing financial or enterprise mobile apps is a strong advantage.
Experience with CI/CD pipelines and version control systems (e.g., Git).
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
