We are a staffing and recruiting firm that offers full-service recruitment for professional positions. We provide executive placement, temporary staffing, staff augmentation, and outsourcing solutions.

IT industry veterans Alex Ubaydov and Jonathan Raude founded the firm in 2020 after connecting, initially focusing on IT staffing. Using their combined experience, professional networks, recruiting technology, and focus on speed and quality, we expanded into other sectors including Finance, Healthcare, Legal, Technology, Design, and Advertising. We help organizations staff various roles, from senior-level individual contributors and C-level executives to entire tech teams. Our goal is to pair quality talent with the right team.

Resourceful Talent Group has 11-50 employees. The team is passionate about helping others succeed. They continuously invest in technology, possess deep industry knowledge, and build lasting relationships with clients and candidates. The work environment is adaptable and constantly challenging, with a meticulous and systematic approach to talent acquisition. Working hours are generally 9am-5pm, Monday to Friday.

Some roles we offer come with benefits like:

• A base salary of $60,000–$70,000 with uncapped commission, offering six-figure earnings potential based on performance.
• A flexible structure with autonomy, balanced by periodic office collaboration and client meetings.
• A modern Midtown Manhattan office with a private showroom and full operational support.
