The Role
As a Customer Success Manager – Cards, You will play a pivotal role in transforming our cards business and unlocking new revenue streams. You will ensure smooth operations and an excellent experience for Rydoo Card customers. You will be the link between customers, internal teams and card issuer, managing onboarding, compliance and day-to-day follow-ups. Your goal is to get customers live fast, keep them compliant and make sure they stay satisfied throughout their cards journey.
Responsibilities
Customer Onboarding
- Manage the end-to-end onboarding process for new card customers.
- Guide customers through setup, documentation, and configuration steps.
- Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Product, Finance) and card partners to ensure timely activations.
- Monitor onboarding milestones and proactively follow up on pending actions.
- Follow up on Requests for Information (RFI) and ensure timely completion.
Customer Support & Relationship Management
- Act as the operational point of contact for existing card customers.
- Coordinate with Customer Support for issue resolution when needed.
- Provide clear, structured updates to customers on operational matters.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through consistent and proactive communication.
Process Improvement
- Identify recurring operational bottlenecks and propose improvements.
- Collaborate with Product and Operations teams to optimize product offering and workflows.
- Contribute to internal documentation and best practice sharing.
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills to manage multiple accounts at once.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
A proven ability to develop practical, workable solutions.
Experience in audit, banking or accounting would be a nice extra
