CMG (Capital Markets Gateway)

Capital Markets Gateway (CMG) is a financial technology firm founded in 2015. We launched our platform in 2017 to modernize the equity capital markets (ECM). We connect sell-side firms and buy-side investors to improve workflow and provide data intelligence throughout the ECM offering process. Our platform helps clients make decisions with real-time offering information, historical data, and a single system of record for firm-wide deal activity and compliance. Today, 25 investment banks and 135 asset managers, managing over $40 trillion in assets, use our platform. We were the first ECM platform to connect the buy side and sell side.

Our products include:

• CMG XC: This provides integrated workflows for connectivity, bookbuilding, and trade processing, with integrations to trading and OMS platforms.
• CMG DataLab: This offers data solutions like analytics (thematic reports and visualizations), a real-time global calendar of new issuances, data feeds, and benchmarks for comparing deal performance.

We also assist in gathering and sharing transactional data for IPOs, Follow-Ons, and Block Trades. We onboard and maintain a master client reference database, ensuring client entities, identifiers, and attributes are accurate and linked across data sources, and we identify and resolve data quality issues.

Our mission is to improve capital markets. We streamline workflows and deliver real-time ECM analytics by connecting the buy side and sell side. This makes the ECM offering process more efficient, helping clients make better and faster decisions by saving their time and providing essential resources.
