Our client is seeking an Multimedia Designer-15997-Hybrid in Vienna, VA OR Pensacola, FL. You seem to have a rock-solid profile and your overall background seems to be a great match for the position.

Open to Hybrid at HDQ (Vienna, VA) /GPO (Pensacola, FL) *HDQ Preferred*

In office expectations: two days per week

  • Design and develop basic or moderately complex graphics, animations, and videos to support employee engagement, learning, and development
  • Provide multimedia services to support departmental branding and communications
  • Assist with the creation of instructional courses tailored to meet the desired learning outcomes and needs of the learners using tools such as the Articulate Suite, Adobe Express, and Camtasia
  • Select, modify, or establish a design and development model appropriate for a given project.
  • Implement stakeholder feedback to make modifications or adjustments to deliverables.
  • Create Flash/XML-based reinforcement/promotional games and animations
  • Create original designs for product demonstrations, quick reference guides, fact sheets, executive presentations, brochures/catalogs/flyers, web designs, videos, and logos/icons
  • Develop and create print design and support materials including agenda booklets, banners and signage (branding), name tags, name tents, network maps, eGram announcements, etc. - Moderately Complex/Varied
  • Research emerging technologies and recommend solutions that align with business goals - Moderate analysis
  • Collaborate with a wide range of internal business contacts to implement processes, new applications and system enhancements
  • Serve on teams and task groups for projects/initiatives within the business unit and/or across the organization
  • Perform other duties as assigned

  • Experiences in developing courses, graphic designs, and other technology driven products
  • Effective organizational, planning, and time management skills to juggle multiple projects at once
  • Effective communication skills to interact tactfully and effectively with stakeholders
