ETL Tester

Project: NE DMA Initiative - Project Management Office support
Overview:
The ETL Tester will play a key role in ensuring the accuracy, reliability, and integrity of data pipelines supporting the NE DMA modernization effort. This position works within the Project Management Office (PMO) to manage meeting agendas and minutes, track and report on quarterly deliverables, maintain the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) and SharePoint documentation, and prepare monthly, weekly, and quarterly project status reports.
Required Skills:
- AI & Data Testing: Advanced
- ETL Testing: Advanced
- Functional Testing: Intermediate
- SQL: Advanced
- Unix Shell Scripting: Foundational
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with data profiling tools and data validation frameworks
- Familiarity with AWS, Informatica, or similar ETL tools
- Strong analytical and documentation skills
- Prior exposure to Agile or hybrid project environments
Responsibilities:
- Design and execute detailed ETL and data validation test cases based on business and system requirements.
- Validate data extraction, transformation, and loading processes to ensure end-to-end data integrity.
- Analyze source-to-target mappings, identify discrepancies, and collaborate with developers and data architects for resolution.
- Conduct regression and system integration testing for data workflows and AI/analytics systems.
- Manage PMO deliverables, including:
- Preparing and distributing meeting agendas and minutes
- Tracking quarterly deliverables and project milestones
- Maintaining SharePoint repositories and the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS)
- Producing and delivering weekly, monthly, and quarterly status reports
