Job Description

Join us as a Part-time Junior Accountant and become part of a diverse team where your contribution will make a real impact.

This is a fixed-term role until June 2026 with the possibility of extension – a great chance to gain valuable experience, develop professionally, and take your career further.

Mission:

As a Junior Accountant, you will play a key role in managing our financial records and supporting daily accounting operations in a hybrid working model. Your accuracy and commitment will contribute to keeping our financial processes smooth, compliant, and reliable.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately book incoming and outgoing invoices in the accounting system.
  • Process and reconcile bank statements to ensure up-to-date financial records.
  • Collect and record representation costs in line with company policies.
  • Support tax preparation activities and assist the Senior Accountant with timely and accurate submissions.
  • Conduct revaluation of customer, supplier, and general ledger accounts.
  • Provide support with other accounting and administrative tasks when needed.

Qualifications

  • First experience in accounting or finance (internship or entry-level role) is an advantage.
  • Fluency in Hungarian; English is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial tasks.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
  • Well-organized, with strong time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
