DEINE MISSION

  • Begeistere und unterstütze unsere Kunden über das Erwartbare hinaus mit einem echten go-the-extra-mile-Mindset.
  • Begleite Mieter und Vermieter proaktiv durch den gesamten Bewerbungs- und Buchungsprozess.
  • Erkenne individuelle Bedürfnisse und finde passende Apartments aus dem Wunderflats-Portfolio, um echte Win-Win-Lösungen zu schaffen.
  • Handle als Schnittstelle zwischen Mietern und Vermietern und meistere herausfordernde Situationen souverän sowie lösungsorientiert.
  • Steuere deine Arbeit datenbasiert, verfolge klare KPIs und entwickle Strategien, um Ziele zu übertreffen.
  • Treibe Prozessoptimierungen voran und stelle durch deine Performance einen direkten Beitrag zum Unternehmenserfolg sicher.

DEIN PROFIL

  • Fließende Deutschkenntnisse (C1) und sehr gute Englischkenntnisse (B2).
  • Exzellente mündliche und schriftliche Kommunikationsfähigkeiten.
  • Eigeninitiative und Fähigkeit, selbstständig Verantwortung zu übernehmen.
  • Routine im Umgang mit CRM Tools, Google Sheets und Google Drive.
  • Stark kundenorientiert und gleichzeitig fokussiert auf messbare Ergebnisse (KPI-Mindset).
  • Daten- und performancegetrieben: du nutzt Insights, um Prozesse und Ergebnisse kontinuierlich zu verbessern.
  • Hohe Motivation, Lernbereitschaft und persönlicher Drive in einem dynamischen Umfeld.
