As a Senior Business Operations Manager within our Enterprise Publisher & Advertiser Sales organization, you’ll play a key role in scaling processes, driving operational excellence, and enabling predictable, profitable growth across both business lines.

This is a highly strategic and hands-on position, ideal for someone who thrives in cross-functional collaboration, enjoys solving complex operational challenges, and acts as a trusted advisor to senior leadership. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in business or sales operations, with a proven ability to design and execute scalable systems that drive measurable impact and efficiency.

Your work will influence every part of how our Enterprise Sales organization operates — from optimizing tools and processes to driving data-led insights and supporting global revenue growth.

To thrive in this role, you’ll need:

  • 5–7 years of experience in business or sales operations, ideally supporting Enterprise or B2B sales teams.
  • Proven success leading cross-functional projects that delivered measurable operational or commercial impact.
  • Strong analytical mindset — able to interpret data, identify trends, and translate insights into practical solutions.
  • Working knowledge of sales systems, CRM platforms, and reporting dashboards.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with confidence in influencing senior leaders.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and adaptable in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

Bonus points if you have:

  • Experience in a tech, SaaS, or media business.
  • Familiarity with revenue enablement, data analytics, or process automation initiatives.

How you’ll make an impact:

As a Senior Business Operations Manager, you’ll bring value by:

  • Strategizing and managing the development of scalable sales processes, tools, and capabilities across the Enterprise Publisher & Advertiser business.
  • Acting as a trusted business operations advisor to Enterprise leadership, designing and implementing new processes that support evolving sales strategies.
  • Leading and delivering high-impact operational projects that simplify workflows, improve productivity, and enhance the effectiveness of Enterprise Sales teams.
  • Driving initiatives independently with minimal oversight, demonstrating strong judgment and accountability for outcomes.
  • Evaluating and optimizing existing sales operations and business technology platforms, ensuring they effectively support revenue growth.
  • Ensuring systems and integrations are in place to capture, analyze, and report on key sales KPIs for visibility and decision-making.
  • Conducting strategic analysis to uncover insights that drive smarter decision-making, scalable growth, and profitability.
  • Presenting findings and recommendations clearly to senior stakeholders, ensuring insights translate into actionable change.
  • Partnering closely with Enterprise Sales, Enterprise Development, and cross-functional teams to align strategies and improve overall execution.
  • Developing and managing strong vendor partnerships, assessing current providers, and identifying new opportunities for value creation.
  • Communicating key process information, initiatives, and deadlines effectively across stakeholder groups to ensure alignment and adoption.
