We were founded in 2014 and operate in the software development industry, focusing on security and AI. Our core offering is the Rubrik Security Cloud platform, which delivers cyber resilience and recovery, including identity resilience, to support continuous business operations. This platform is built on secure metadata and a data lake. We specialize in ransomware recovery, cloud data management, cyber resiliency solutions, backup and recovery, and ransomware detection. Our tools include Data Resilience, Observability, and Remediation. We also provide a hyper-converged hybrid cloud data management platform for complex data center environments. We work with new and existing customers, including companies and government entities, to help protect them from cyber threats and disruptions. Our engineers develop scalable backend systems, data ingestion pipelines, and analysis engines for cloud security, detecting anomalies and providing actionable insights.

Our roles include:

• Sales Engineers: Provide technical direction and act as trusted advisors.
• Enterprise Account Executives: Drive bookings growth and acquire new accounts.
• Marketing Professionals: Lead pipeline generation and develop integrated campaigns.
• Sales Engineering Managers: Recruit, hire, and enable technical teams.
• Senior Backend Engineers: Build and maintain scalable, fault-tolerant backend systems and data ingestion pipelines for cloud security, owning their projects from start to finish.

We offer work flexibility, including remote options for certain US-based roles. Teams in Tel Aviv and Palo Alto (our HQ) follow a hybrid work model.
