We offer a Chat Marketing platform that helps businesses and creators automate sales and conversions on messaging apps like Instagram, WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger, and Telegram. Founded in 2016, we are an official Meta Business Partner with over 1 million brands using our platform in more than 170 countries. We are backed by investors like Bessemer Venture Partners. Our platform uses Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML). For example, we’re building GenAI-powered features like a conversational onboarding experience to help creators get started faster. Our AI Core team turns ML and Large Language Model (LLM) ideas into working features, creating complete ML/LLM solutions, building AI agents, and using methods from classical ML to Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines. Our data engineering team supports these innovations by building scalable pipelines and providing structured data for analytics, AI, and product development. We specialize in areas like bot creation, marketing automation for messengers and Instagram, and general chat marketing.
