At TechBiz Global, we are providing recruitment service to our TOP clients from our portfolio. We are currently seeking Project Manager who is responsible for leading complex, high-impact projects from initiation through delivery. The ideal candidate is a proactive leader with exceptional communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Leadership: Drive end-to-end project execution, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
Stakeholder Management: Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment on objectives.
Risk & Issue Management: Identify potential risks early, develop mitigation strategies, and resolve issues promptly.
Quality Assurance: Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and comply with organizational policies.
Reporting: Provide regular status updates, dashboards, and executive summaries to leadership.
Continuous Improvement: Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance project delivery efficiency.
Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field; PMP or equivalent certification preferred.
Experience: 7+ years of project management experience, including managing large-scale, cross-functional projects.
Advanced knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid).
Strong financial acumen for budget management.
Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, Jira, Asana, etc.).Competencies:
