The opportunity

We’re looking for a data-driven and strategic Email Marketing Specialist to play a key role in our Email Newsletter Team! You will manage the end-to-end execution of email campaigns, optimize engagement strategies, and drive continuous improvements in audience growth, retention, and revenue generation. This role requires a balance of creativity, analytical skills, and technical expertise to enhance the performance of our email marketing initiatives.

Working Hours: 9pm to 6am PHT (APR-OCT) or 10pm to 7am PHT (NOV-MAR)

What you’ll do

  • Own the execution and optimization of 30+ email newsletters per week, ensuring high-quality content and delivery.
  • Develop email marketing strategies that drive audience engagement, retention, and revenue growth.
  • Create compelling email content, including copywriting, layout design, and visual selection, to maximize open and click-through rates.
  • Analyze and interpret email performance data, identifying trends and actionable insights to improve overall campaign effectiveness.
  • Conduct A/B testing on subject lines, content variations, CTAs, and layouts to refine engagement strategies.
  • Design and manage automated email workflows, such as welcome series, nurture campaigns, re-engagement, and win-back programs.
  • Implement best practices for email deliverability, segmentation, and personalization to increase audience relevance and engagement.
  • Regularly audit and clean email lists to maintain high deliverability and reduce churn.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with content, product, and sales teams to align email strategies with business goals.
  • Manage sponsorship placements within newsletters, optimizing ad performance and increasing revenue.

Who you are

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
  • 1-3 years of hands-on email marketing experience
  • Strong proficiency in English, both written and spoken
  • Self-starter who can work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadline
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and results-driven with a sense of urgency
  • Experience deploying email newsletters and managing an active subscriber base
  • Solid understanding of lead generation and digital advertising services
  • Knowledge of audience segmentation and targeting strategies
  • Experience using enterprise email platforms or marketing automation tools
  • Skilled in writing compelling email copy and curating brand-appropriate content
  • Must have a working laptop/pc and internet and back-up connection
  • Agile professional who excels in a fast-paced environment and thrives on continuously pivoting strategies to drive business needs forward

Salary Range

We seek to hire top-tier individuals and intend for our compensation to be at a rate that allows us to recruit and retain individuals who align with our core values, purpose, mission, and vision. Final total compensation is based on a multitude of factors including, but not limited to, skill level, relevant experience to the position, and cost of labor.

Monthly Pay Range

₱46,000—₱50,000 PHP
