We offer an AI Customer Copilot designed for multi-location brands, especially restaurants, QSRs, and hospitality businesses. Our AI-powered platform combines service, customer experience, and marketing efforts to help convert one-time buyers into repeat guests, which boosts satisfaction, loyalty, and revenue.

The platform automates processes across reputation management, customer experience, customer service, and marketing. In 2023, we introduced two new products: Customer Care and Customer Activate. As of 2024, we work with over 20,000 locations globally, serving more than 690 brands across 15 countries, including Firehouse Subs, Shake Shack, and Papa Murphys.

We operate in the software development industry, specializing in software, data, tools, digital, food, and food delivery sectors.
