Responsibilities
- Define business rules and set KPIs together with business owners
- Create and optimize onboarding and engagement journeys for each segment
- Collaborate with Product and Tech teams to improve wallet activation and usage flowsIdentify and execute growth opportunities through experiments and lifecycle marketing
- Automate tracking, communication, and reporting for each segment and feature
Expected Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, MIS, or related fields
- 2+ years of experience in data analytics, product, or project management
- Strong coding skills in SQL and/or Python
- Excellent communication skills; thrives in cross-functional, fast-paced environmentsExperience with data visualization tools (Looker, Tableau, Qlikview, etc.)
- Analytical mindset- able to translate complex data into clear insights and actions
- Genuine curiosity for digital payments, fintech, and data-driven growth
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Proficiency in GSuite or MS Office tools
