We spun off from Microgen Financial Systems in 2008, which was founded in 1974. We develop software for finance teams, primarily serving CFO offices, in areas like data management and accounting platforms.

Our products include Fynapse, a finance data management and accounting platform. Fynapse processes millions of transactions per minute, offering a single view of finance data, automation, and quick insights. We also offer eSuite, a subscriber management platform that centralizes and automates subscriber lifecycles to reduce time to market and costs. Aptitude RevStream is our SaaS solution for automating revenue recognition (ASC 606 / IFRS 15) and managing the entire revenue lifecycle.

Additionally, we provide compliance solutions for regulatory requirements like IFRS 15/ASC 606 (revenue recognition), IFRS 16/ASC 842 (lease accounting), and IFRS 17/LDTI (insurance contracts). We serve large organizations worldwide and partner with companies such as KPMG, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance, EY, and Deloitte.
