Job Title: Admin Assistant
Location: Changi Business Park, Singapore
Employment Type: Full-time
Working Arrangement: 4 days in office + 1-day WFH
Salary Range: SGD 2000 – 2500 per month
Job Overview: We are looking for an Admin Assistant to support our group of companies with day-to-day administrative, HR coordination, and project-related tasks. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple responsibilities with accuracy and professionalism
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle work pass / visa applications (EP, S Pass, WP) for employees across the group of companies.
• Manage timesheet submissions, tracking progress, and following up with employees.
• Coordinate education verification, background checks, and onboarding formalities.
• Liaise with new hires to collect required documentation and ensure smooth onboarding.
• Maintain and update employee records, HR trackers, and documentation repositories.
• Provide high-level administrative and coordination support to HR and project teams.
• Prepare reports, documentation, and assist in general office administration.
• Support ad-hoc HR, administrative, and project activities as required.
Requirements
• 1–3 years of experience in administrative or HR coordination roles.
• Basic understanding of Singapore work pass processes is an advantage.
• Strong communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Able to handle confidential information professionally.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of working independently
