Unison Group is in search of a Freelancer Recruiter to join our talent acquisition team on a flexible basis. This role is ideal for self-motivated individuals who thrive in a remote work environment and are passionate about connecting top talent with great opportunities. As a Freelancer Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing and attracting candidates for various positions across our clientsβ needs, while managing your workload and schedule.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source candidates for open positions using diverse methods, including online job sites, social media, and direct outreach.
- Conduct initial candidate screenings and interviews to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to offer negotiation.
- Provide regular updates to hiring managers on candidate status and recruitment progress.
- Foster strong relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Stay informed on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
- Collaborate with other freelance recruiters and the internal team to meet hiring goals.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a freelance or contract capacity.
- Strong sourcing skills using various platforms, including LinkedIn, job boards, and networking.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to adapt to changing requirements and priorities.
This role is not offering fixed paid salary; you will be paid on each successful placement.
