Who You Are
In this role you will be collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, helping them to understand why the platform behaves a certain way and guide them through best practices in programmatic advertising, collaborate with the product and engineering teams to resolve issues, etc. To thrive in this role you should be an analytical thinker with problem-solving mindset, comfortable communicating technical concepts in simple terms.
This is a full-time position with three days per week in our Stockholm office.
What You Will Do
Provide technical support for internal stakeholders (Account Managers, Customer Success Managers) and external customers
Troubleshoot issues related to campaign delivery, performance and configuration
Diagnose and configure tracking tools (segments, conversion pixels, events)
Investigate budget delivery irregularities and platform anomalies
Generate, analyze, and explain custom reports
Assist with billing-related topics such as invoices and credit limits
Document recurring issues and propose improvements to product and engineering teams
Explain system logic and programmatic advertising principles in user-friendly terms
Requirements
What You Will Bring
Experience in programmatic advertising, ad operations, or digital advertising
Understanding of CPM, CPC, CPA, CTR, ROAS and attribution models
Knowledge of tracking technologies (pixels, events, segments, cookies, IDs)
Ability to analyze datasets and interpret campaign performance
Strong communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences
Ability to multitask and manage support queues efficiently
Bonus: experience with DSPs, SSPs, DMPs, or analytics platforms
