Role: Outbound Sales Specialist

Location: Delhi/ Mumbai/ Bangalore

Salary: Up to INR 12,00,000 depending on experience, and OTE plus generous ESOPs

Hours: Full-Time 40 hours per week

The role

We’ve taken the leap from 0 to 1. Now we’re looking for driven, street-smart sales professionals to take us from 1 to 10.

This is not your typical desk job. We’re looking for individuals who love being on the ground meeting startups, SMBs, and enterprises across industries, sparking conversations, delivering demos, and closing deals.

The primary responsibilities of this role

We cannot provide an exhaustive list of duties; additional duties will arise, but the following will be core elements of this role:

  • Drive outbound sales through in-person meetings, demos, and events
  • Build relationships with decision-makers across startups, SMEs, and enterprises
  • Own the end-to-end sales cycle: outreach, demo, negotiation, and closure
  • Represent the brand on the ground as the face of our growth story
  • Work closely with the leadership team to refine playbooks and scale revenues
  • Organise and manage closed-door events, small meetups, and networking sessions to build community and drive pipeline

Essential elements for this role

These are the skills and qualifications we consider essential for this role:

  • 4-7 years of sales experience, preferably in SaaS (bonus if in HR Tech or FinTech)
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • A “hustler” mindset; resourceful, persistent, and self-motivated
  • Willingness to travel and spend time meeting businesses in person
  • Someone who thrives in an early-stage startup journey (where ambiguity is part of the game)

These will help you stand out from the pack:

  • Hands-on experience with HubSpot, Google Workspace (G-Suite), and Slack
  • Background in SaaS, fintech, or startup environments
  • Startup/scaleup experience
  • Knowledge of shares and share schemes
