Founded in 2014, we developed a sharetech platform for managing share schemes, equity, shareholder governance, and funding rounds. Our platform is FCA-authorised, B-Corp certified (as of February 2025), and ISO 27001 certified.
We automate governance and compliance, digitize existing share schemes, and offer an onboarding service. Our platform handles thousands of stakeholders and multiple schemes. We integrate with Companies House to simplify filing and include IFRS 2 support and over 50 HRIS integrations.
Our features include generating compliant option agreements, providing templated resolutions for scheme changes, and calculating, tracking, and recording shareholder dividends. For fundraising, our InVestd Raise add-on is a fixed-fee service that covers funding consultation, S/EIS Advance Assurance, legal documentation, data rooms, and share issuance.
We serve startups, scaleups, and SMEs, mainly in the UK. We were the first platform to launch in the UK and are the only one that is FCA-authorised and fully integrated with Companies House.

We offer fully remote work, with occasional in-person company events or team retreats, usually twice a year. You’ll work in a flexible environment and can join our Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) or equity scheme after a qualifying period.
