The Role

Waterworks, leading luxury brand for the bath and kitchen, is seeking a creative, driven, and highly organized Channel Marketing Coordinator to join our team. This role offers a unique opportunity to support and execute marketing initiatives across multiple sales channels including showrooms, boutique partners, hospitality/MUR (multi-unit residential), and international markets such as London, Paris, UAE, Milan, etc.

As the Channel Marketing Coordinator, you’ll partner closely with internal teams, external vendors, and global collaborators to plan and execute high-impact events, manage multi-channel marketing campaigns, and support strategic partnerships that strengthen our brand presence globally. Success in this position requires exceptional project management and organizational skills, as you’ll be balancing multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced, detail-driven environment.

Projects will span a variety of initiatives (but are not limited to), event planning and execution, managing and tracking channel marketing requests, coordinating signage and collateral, website and email proofing, and overseeing project workflows and timelines. This is a dynamic role for someone who thrives on collaboration, creativity, and bringing brand experiences to life on both a local and global scale.

This is a hybrid role requiring on site presence at the Danbury, CT corporate office a minimum of 3 days per week.

Reponsibilities

  • Support the Channel Marketing Manager in executing strategic initiatives across all sales channels.
  • Manage and track marketing requests from all sales channels using internal workflow tools and the marketing project management system ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Coordinate the development and execution of channel requests, including creative proofing, print production, collateral inventory management, and timely delivery of signage and marketing assets.
  • Assist with showroom openings, product launches, and other high-profile events.
  • Oversee the Gift & Collateral Program, including sourcing, coordination, and distribution.
  • Support national and international advertising efforts and timely delivery of assets.
  • Collaborate on strategic partnerships and brand collaborations, working with internal teams and external partners.
  • Other projects as assigned

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or Related Field.
  • 2+ years’ experience in marketing or related field
  • Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities
  • Resourceful and proactive problem-solver
  • Passionate about working with many people throughout the organization
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Independent self-starter with a “can-do” attitude, demonstrating initiative, enthusiasm, and a willingness to learn and grow within the organization.
  • Ability to juggle multiple projects, and successfully work in a fast-paced environment
  • Passionate about luxury design, branding, and creating exceptional client experiences.
  • Experience working with Project Management tools (Monday, Asana, etc.)
  • Experience working with Canva a plus
  • Fluent in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Retail marketing or experience with sales channels a plus
  • Ability to travel up to 10% of the time (local/showroom locations)
