ShowMojo

We offer a Leasing Automation platform for residential rentals. Our system handles the entire leasing process, helping property owners and managers cut costs, fill vacancies faster, and improve the experience for both prospective tenants and staff.

Our platform provides immediate responses and tour scheduling for renters, freeing up staff from phone calls and emails. It also offers efficient tour scheduling, automated follow-ups, and data about the leasing pipeline for better decision-making.

One of our products is MojoBox, a digital lockbox for smart access to residential rentals. MojoBox replaces traditional mechanical lockboxes and works for landlords, single-family property managers, multi-family managers, and vacation rentals. It doesn’t need an internet connection or extra equipment like a hub. Installation is simple, and you operate it using a mobile app or keypad.

It offers various access codes: custom permanent codes, one-hour codes, and codes valid for up to 28 months. MojoBox reliably operates from -31ºF to 140ºF, resists water (IP55), and has a hardened enclosure that withstands physical force. It provides controlled access for vendors, staff, and residents. MojoBox can be permanently mounted or hung with a shackle, making it adaptable for any placement.

You can use MojoBoxes with the ShowMojo app, and when paired with a ShowMojo account and Leasing Automation, they enable secure self-showings. Our first prototypes were developed by owners managing 12 rental units in Chicago’s Lakeview and Bucktown neighborhoods.

We started ShowMojo based on our own experiences as property owners. We wanted to automate rental inquiries to free up our personal time.

Our goal was to build tools that would improve the rental process for us and our future tenants. This led us to develop ShowMojo and offer these helpful tools to landlords and property managers.
