Job description
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Operations Assistant to join our team remotely from Czech Republic. This role is ideal for someone at the start of their operations or management career who enjoys organization, coordination, and supporting business processes.
You will work closely with operations managers and cross-functional teams to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and continuous improvement across the business.
What You Will Do
Support daily operational activities and internal coordination
Assist with scheduling, task tracking, and follow-ups
Prepare reports, documentation, and presentations for management
Maintain accurate records in internal systems and spreadsheets
Communicate with internal teams, partners, and service providers
Support process improvements and operational initiatives
Provide general administrative and operational support
What We Are Looking For
0โ2 years of experience in operations, administration, or coordination
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Good knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Clear and professional communication skills in English
Czech language skills are an advantage but not required
Interest in building a career in operations or management
