Zigzag is looking for a Senior Customer Support Associate (Tech Account) to join our client’s team!

About the Role

We’re looking for a Customer Support Associate to join our remote team. This role is ideal for someone with strong communication skills who enjoys solving problems and is eager to learn the technical side of support. You’ll be primarily handling email-based inquiries, with occasional client-facing video calls to support onboarding with our US-based team.

What You’ll Do

  • Respond to customer inquiries and issues via email in a professional and timely manner
  • Coordinate with the US team to support client onboarding sessions over video calls
  • Provide clear and concise product guidance to clients
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Log and track support requests and feedback for continuous improvement

What You’ll Bring

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Comfortable speaking with clients on video calls
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Willingness to learn technical aspects of the product (training will be provided)
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setup
  • Highly preferred someone experienced working in a tech/SaaS company
  • 2- 3 years of Customer Support or Customer Service experience
  • Remote: Fully work-from-home setup
  • Shift: Night shift to align with US business hours
  • Tools: Must have a reliable internet connection, a quiet workspace, and a functioning headset and webcam
