We were established in 1981 as an NVOCC freight forwarding company. Our headquarters are in Taipei, Taiwan, with regional headquarters in New York. We have branches across Asia, North America, Europe, South America, Australia, and the Middle East. In the USA, we have offices in Atlanta, Boston, Chicago, Denver, Dallas, Houston, Kansas City, Los Angeles, Miami, Minneapolis, New York, Philadelphia, Phoenix, Portland, San Diego, San Francisco, Seattle, Saint Louis, and Salt Lake City.

We provide freight transportation, logistics, and information services to over 50,000 customers. Our services include Ocean Freight, Air Freight, Customs Brokerage, Export, Import, LTL (Less Than Truckload), FTL (Full Truckload), Intermodal, Drayage, Warehousing, Distribution, and Cargo Insurance. We are a top two provider of Transpacific freight by annual cargo volume.

We manage supply chains through integrated systems that allow for tracking, online booking, and purchase order management, giving customers visibility and control. We also offer a PO Management program, EDI options for information exchange, and specialized solutions like flexitank technology for bulk liquid transportation.

We invest in our employees’ well-being and success, providing tools for professional development. This includes training programs with test modules, quizzes, informational sessions, group activities, and individual review time. New hires receive training on freight forwarding principles through classroom learning, interactive activities, and on-the-job training. Some regions offer a ‘Freight School.’ Sales hires participate in a rotational training period, observing and shadowing Account Executives.

We offer professional skills training, including courses like Basic and Intermediate Excel. We also compensate for external certifications such as Customs Brokerage License, Dangerous Goods, or Project Management. Leadership training is also provided through our in-house e-learning platform, Moodle, which includes topics like interviews and management practices. We promote a collaborative atmosphere with team outings, company picnics, and holiday parties.

We offer employee benefits that include health insurance (medical, vision, dental) and life and accidental insurance. Employees receive vacation, personal, and floating days. Some roles receive specific allowances, such as 10 vacation, 7 personal, and 3 floating days.

We provide a 401K retirement plan with a company match of up to 3%. Other benefits include monthly food vouchers and a savings fund. Some positions also include a car allowance (e.g., $800 monthly), a company cell phone, a laptop, and an expense account for client meals.

Benefits typically begin after a 90-day probationary period. Some roles offer hybrid work, including the option to work from home one day a week. We also have paid holidays, sick/flex time, and employee appreciation days.
