We are a global, full-service Contract Research Organization (CRO) that works with small and mid-sized biopharmaceutical companies. We help them develop new therapies, from early-stage research to post-approval clinical trials.

We offer drug development services like consulting, clinical operations, biometrics, and clinical pharmacology. These include regulatory strategy, clinical pharmacology studies (PK/PD, First-in-Human, PopPK, modeling and simulation), preclinical studies, clinical trial design, data management, and biostatistical programming. We also handle study start-up, patient recruitment and retention, large-scale clinical trial management, post-marketing surveillance, and pharmacovigilance.

Our expertise includes oncology, neuroscience, infectious diseases, rare diseases, and advanced therapies. We have over 30 years of experience, operating in over 70 countries. We’ve conducted over 1,060 clinical trials, supported more than 650 drugs, and make over 825 regulatory submissions each year. We’ve helped bring over 105 products to market. Our global headquarters are in Cary, North Carolina, USA, with offices across North America, Europe, the Middle East, and Asia.
