Zipdev is seeking a driven and strategic Recruiter to join us in our mission to connect Latin Americaβs top remote professionals with innovative US companies.
You will be responsible for interviewing, vetting, and closing A-player candidates for a variety of technical and non-technical roles. Interacting with our clients, you will conduct intake calls, create relevant job posts, and facilitate the client selection process. Your role is to act as a consultative partner to both our clients and our candidates, ensuring a world-class experience and a high-quality match.

Responsibilities
Own the Candidate Journey: Manage the mid-to-bottom of the funnel, taking qualified, sourced candidates and guiding them through the entire interview and offer process.
Act as a Talent Advisor: Partner closely with our Client Success Managers and clients to deeply understand their technical and cultural needs, using that insight to conduct rigorous, effective interviews.
Champion Candidate Quality: Conduct in-depth behavioral and competency-based screenings to assess candidates against a high bar for excellence. You will be accountable for the quality of every candidate you present.
Drive a World-Class Candidate Experience: Manage candidate communication with professionalism and empathy, ensuring every person who interacts with Zipdev has a positive experience.
Close A-Player Talent: Manage the offer process, handle negotiations, and secure acceptances from top-tier candidates.
3-5 years proven work experience as a Recruiter in a fast-paced environment (agency or in-house).
Hands-on experience with various interview formats (e.g., phone, video, structured behavioral).
Strong ability to understand and explain job requirements for a variety of roles, both technical and non-technical.
Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and modern recruiting tools.
Fluent verbal and written English communication skills (C1+).
A “Quality Bar” obsession; you take immense pride in the quality of the candidates you represent.
Work remotely Monday - Friday, 40 hours a week (no weekends)
Vacation: 10 business days a year
Holidays: 5 National Holidays a year
Company Holidays: 5 Company Holidays a year (Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year’s Eve, New Year’s Day, Zipdev Day)
