Go Vocal, a fast growing global govtech scale-up (HQ in Brussels), is looking for a purpose driven Account Executive to grow our client base across the BeNeLux.

The SaaS platform is already being used by 500+ local governments and organizations in over 20 countries, facilitating two-way communication between governments and their residents. Since it was founded in 2015, Go Vocal has given 1,000,000+ community members a direct voice in local politics, has earned recognition as the Best Social Impact Startup in Europe, and was featured in outlets such as the New York Times and Forbes.

If you care about strengthening democracy and enjoy working with the public sector, this role is for you. You’ll be a key driver of our growth, signing new local governments and shaping our presence in this key market.

What will you do?

Grow our client base

  • Own the full sales cycle, from discovery to demo to close.

  • Source leads through outbound outreach, referrals, and by being our boots on the ground at public sector events.

Build public sector relationships

  • Develop a deep understanding of local government challenges and position Go Vocal as a trusted partner.

  • Tailor your sales approach to public sector needs and decision-making dynamics.

Collaborate cross-functionally

  • Drive tender processes with support from ops, marketing, and product.

  • Work together with the global sales team and our local Belgium team to align on strategy.

Requirements

Who are you?

  • You hav e 2–4 years of sales experience, ideally with experience in consultative selling

  • You are outcome-drivenself-motivated and thrive on o wning your pipeline from prospecting to closing.

  • You have experience with CRM tools and use a data-driven approach to manage your funnel.

  • You are an excellent communicator who connects with people across channels and formats.

  • A plus, you worked with the public sector before.

  • You are collaborative by default and thrive in a fast-paced, mission-driven team.

  • You are based in Flanders and can regularly join us in our Brussels office.

  • You are fluent in Dutch and English; French is a plus.
