We are looking for an experienced Enterprise Account Executive to join our sales team and lead efforts in acquiring and expanding key enterprise accounts. This is a high-impact role, where you’ll be directly responsible for driving revenue by landing new enterprise clients and growing existing accounts through cross-sell and up-sell opportunities.

As an Enterprise AE, you will:

  • Manage the full sales cycle from initial prospecting through to contract negotiation and closing.

  • Build and maintain relationships with C-suite decision-makers to develop strategic sales opportunities.

  • Collaborate with internal teams across Product, Marketing, and Solutions Engineering to deliver customized solutions that meet the needs of enterprise customers.

  • Identify and target key prospects within enterprise organizations, delivering value-based selling and demonstrating the ROI of Yourbrand’s platform.

  • Work closely with Customer Success to ensure smooth onboarding and long-term satisfaction of new clients.

  • Keep an eye on market trends and competitive intelligence to inform your sales strategy.

In this role, you’ll report directly to the VP of Sales and play a crucial role in shaping Yourbrand’s growth trajectory in the enterprise segment.

💼 You’ve managed a pipeline of high-value enterprise accounts and consistently achieved $1M+ in annual revenue targets.

💰 You have a proven track record of closing large, complex SaaS deals with Fortune 500 companies.

📊 You have a strategic approach to sales, understanding how to engage with multiple stakeholders within a company and demonstrate long-term value.

🤝 You’re comfortable navigating multi-level sales cycles and can build rapport with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

🔧 You’re familiar with the SaaS landscape and can quickly become a product expert, aligning customer pain points with Yourbrand’s solutions.

Bonus Points:

  • You have experience selling to IT leaders, operations teams, or other enterprise functions.

  • You have worked in a fast-growing startup or scale-up environment and thrive in high-velocity sales environments.

  • You have expertise in consultative selling and a deep understanding of enterprise-level solutions.

Interview Process:

  1. Intro Call (30 min): A conversation with our Head of Talent to discuss the role, your background, and mutual fit.

  2. Experience Deep Dive (1 hr): Meet with the VP of Sales to walk through your career journey, highlight your achievements, and share how your experience aligns with our enterprise sales strategy.

  3. Case Study Presentation (1 hr): We’ll provide you with data from our current pipeline to assess your approach to sales execution and strategic planning.

  4. Final Round (2 hrs): A series of interviews with cross-functional leaders to explore how you would collaborate with other teams to drive success.
